So for some reason you decided that IT IS TIME to lose some weight , get fitter and stronger at the same time as well. It doesnt really matter what's your reason for starting this journey , it can be from
- you are inspire from watching the Biggest Loser Asia show where even someone like Saw can lose so much
weight as well
- your couldnt fit into your clothes anymore
- your friends are looking damn good from working out with the nicely tone body and even some with killer abs , you also wanted a piece of that
- you feel that your health is getting worst
- Etc.
Before you start this amazing journey there is one and only thing I would like to EMPHASIZE and I would like you to bear that in mind AT ALL TIME. The thing I would like to emphasize is that you are the only person ACCOUNTABLE for your action and progress , not your Personal Trainer , not your family members , not your colleagues , not your friends , not your mates but YOU and YOU alone. There are people around you that will help you in your journey but there are also people around you that will ruin your personal journey so at the end of the day is YOU who decide
- do you want to eat that extra slice of pizza ?
- do you want to order regular size or upsize your meal ?
- do you want your chicken fried or grilled ?
- do you want some sweet dessert after your meal ?
or
- do you want to run extra 5 mins on the threadmill even you are exhausted ?
- to do the one last rep even your muscle is in tense or to give up ?
- do you want to hit the gym even after a long day at work ?
- do you want to find gym mate to train with you or eating mate who eats with you ?
So at the end of the week if you lose 0 kg , 0.5kg , 1kg , 2kg or even gain weights its all boils down to the choices or decision you made throughout the week. So I would like to emphasize again, always remember that you are the only person accountable for yourself.
Are you ready to get out of your comfort zone and live the quality life you deserve ?
