As for me I always do my measurement to see how I progress on every Friday morning. Never ever weigh yourself everyday or every single opportunities you got because it might distract your progress throughout the week. Trust me if you keep on doing the right thing throughout the week you will see positive result at the end of the week so don't be too anxious.
If you are someone who are really serious in getting those pounds of you by doing alot of working out , keeping yourself active and keeping to a strict diet I would recommend you to weigh yourself once a week and if you just trying to keep it easy by doing bit by bit while trying to slot in new lifestyle into your already busy lifestyle then I would you suggest you to weigh yourself once every 2 weeks so that you could see reasonable progress of your hardwork.
